Flirt with ghd IV styler and Phytostory

27 Jun

The secret to styling anime hair and keeping them up the whole time….Presenting

AND

Phytostory hair wax series

I’ve been using Phytostory’s Freeze pitch (for spiking hair) for awhile now and liked it better than Muk coz it’s easy to ‘dig out’. Muk is dryer, making it harder to dig it out and apply evenly on the hair

The ghd hot iron coz is actually so friggin’ expensive but I just can’t help it but fall into the temptation of getting hair products everytime I visit the saloon,  especially the ones that the hair stylist used on you and you’ll be like ‘WOW… I think I really need that!’ Plus, it must be good since hairstylist in Malaysia actually asked me about this ghd thing when I told them I’ll be going to Oz.

After looking at ghd’s website, only did I realized that I’ve seen their campaign before during SATC2 and I actually thought it was pretty gay -__-

Choose your destiny

Thought of heading to Latt for Yuko, but apparently she left last year 😦 (that’s one less favourite hairstylist I have now). So went to Sui for Kate instead, which was good coz she always knows what I want and I love her edgy style.

I found my new look from this magazine..

That’s when Kate took out the ghd iron and omg, the iron does make a difference. My hair can now fly up and last the entire day *woots*. So, no regrets in spending $299 for that……. for now.. :p

I cosplay, I’m studying Wing Chun, I put in far too much effort in styling my hair :/
… and I also had to cancel my trip to Japan this year .__.”
